Get a chance to have your say and shape what we do. The great thing about being a part of this group is you get to be involved as much or as little as you like – the choice is yours.
Customer voice and review committee (CVRC)
The CVRC make sure your voice is heard at all levels across the organisation. They meet regularly to talk about current issues and topics that matter to you, our customers.
Scrutiny is a great way for our customers to have a say in how we deliver our services. You’ll be able to check and challenge what we do and most important of all, it’s your chance to hold us to account.
Homes and environment group
This group play a key role in shaping how we tackle climate change. They review our climate change strategy and influence how we approach our journey to net zero.

We’ve got almost 300 customers helping us across our various different customer committees and working groups. Together, you’re making a big impact on how we do things at Yorkshire Housing.
