Your feedback and involvement are at the heart of everything we do. Whether it's through our customer groups or sharing your views through customer surveys - it all helps us to improve.
We've been busy getting our communities involved from the get-go, gathering your thoughts on how we can improve things like our repairs service, communication, and approach to handling complaints. Your input has been really important in shaping our customer obsessed strategy, making sure that our services truly meet your needs.

Game of Homes
Our Game of Homes workshop where we brought together you, our customers, with our colleagues to explore the potential of some new community champion rules. The customers involved in the session came up with some great ideas to shape these roles and how they might work.

The results from our Tenant Satisfaction Measures showed that customers from ethnic minority communities were less engaged with us. So we found a community in Manningham where we could really make a difference.
We knew we needed to be more visible for our customers at Flockton, so a calendar of events and sessions they could join was just the ticket.
After listening to our customers in Soothill, we worked with local partners to make a difference in an area that needed change.
