If you’re one of our shared owners and pay some rent to us then these are the results for you.
These measures are split into results from the survey, and areas we have to report on using information we hold on our homes and services. That's things like how long we take to resolve complaints, anti-social behaviour cases and our communal areas.
We really want you to have a positive experience with us, so we’re focusing on where you told us we need to improve. This is on some of our key services like how your communal areas are managed, complaints and how we handle any anti-social behaviour in your area.
We’ve already been making some changes in the background to how we do things so you can expect to see improvements into 2025.
