The rent you pay allows us to reinvest in your home and your community.  That’s why we have made it really simple to pay your rent in the way that suits you best.

But remember, your rent is due in advance and it is your responsibility to make sure that your rent is paid and up to date. This means whether you pay weekly or monthly your account should never go into arrears. If the balance is not clear you are in arrears.

Gareth Roebuck, senior income services manager, said:

“Thanks to all of our great customers who pay their rent on time we are able to continue to invest in your home and your local community. Do remember that your rent is due in advance and it is your responsibility to ensure that your rent is paid fully up to date and you do not go into arrears in between payments.”

There are a number of ways that you can pay your rent.

But if you are experiencing financial difficulties we have a dedicated team of advisors who can offer benefit and money advice, so please call 0345 366 4403 or email and we can make a referral for you.
