The results of our latest customer voice panel survey about rent arrears are now in – thank you to everyone who filled in the survey.
We’re going to make some changes to the letter we send to customers letting them know they are behind with their rent because of feedback we received. Some customers said that word eviction is very emotive and the new wording needed to be more supportive. We’re changed the letter because we want to encourage people to contact us if they’re experiencing financial difficulties.
