We’re starting to send text messages to our Help@Hand customers from 7 September. It’s part of improvements we’re making to our systems to modernise and give a better customer experience.  

We hope this addition of text messages will make things much easier with customers able to receive reminders of any appointments they have.  

We’ve been making a lot of changes at Yorkshire Housing to improve our systems to make it easier for customers to access our services and to put them at the heart of all we do. This is a small, but positive change as part of it. 

We want to let our Help@Hand customers know of this change in advance, so you know you may here from us by text message in future if you have a mobile phone.
