Following the Grenfell Tower tragedy, Minister of State for Housing and Planning Alok Sharma MP is meeting tenants across England to hear their issues and concerns in relation to social housing.

Mr Sharma is wanting to gain an understanding of how there can be a more effective voice for tenants. He is also looking to identify any common concerns and good practice that can inform the future national approach.

This survey is an opportunity for all tenants to express your views on key issues and concerns related to social housing.

Tenants are encouraged to take part by way of an online survey which is open until Wednesday 31 January 2018.

Please take part in the survey here.

Your views will inform and shape the work on social housing policies in England, to be published in spring 2018. Responses are for the government and cannot be read by Yorkshire Housing.

We welcome the announcment that Alok Sharma MP’s work on tenant engagement will be continued by new housing minister Dominic Raab MP.
