That’s why we’re pleased to share something new with you - the National Support Network. It’s a free portal our customers can access to find help for life’s challenges, completely anonymously.
Whether you’re after financial guidance, mental health resources, or family support, you can simply search and find trusted organisations and services that are right for you.
We know that a little help at the right time can make a big difference, so, we’ve invested £4,000 to make sure our customers can access the Support Hub, with an incredible £20,000 investment from our friends at Travis Perkins to get it off the ground.
This new resource gives you a one-stop place for support, but it also helps us too. It means our teams can spend less time updating long lists of services and more time focusing directly on your queries. And by seeing how the Hub is used, we’ll learn more about what kind of help matters most to you.
