Yorkshire Housing customers are being helped into roles at the BGL call centre in Wakefield, thanks to the support given by our employment and enterprise team.

One such success story includes Brian Enright, 63, who had an interview within 24 hours of applying and now starts his new role in two weeks’ time. Brian retired from his role as a self-employed post master earlier this year. The employment and enterprise team helped him prepare for the interview by focusing on his key strengths relating to the role, such as face to face customer service, communication skills and ability to handle complex information. Successful job applicant Brian Enright said:
