Yorkshire Housing’s customer service centre will close at 6pm on Friday 22 December. To report emergency repairs 24/7 you can call 0345 366 4404 over the holiday period.

You can use your online account or customerservices@yorkshirehousing.co.uk to report non-emergencies.

If you raise a complaint during this period you may experience a delay in response. For all other non-emergencies and any online property enquiries, we will respond to within two working days when our customer service centre re-opens at 8am on Tuesday 2 January 2018.
