Our customer experience centre will be closed over the Christmas period.

To report emergency repairs 24/7 or make a payment to your rent account you can call 0345 366 4404.

For all non-emergencies and online home enquiries reported over the festive period, we’ll get back to you within two working days once we return to work.

 

If you report a repair as an emergency and the engineer determines your repair is not an emergency, you will be charged a call out fee.

Thursday 23rd December 2021: 8am – 6pm

Friday 24th December 2021 – Monday 3rd January inclusive: closed

Tuesday 4th January 2022: 8am – 6pm
