Yorkshire Housing has opened a new £2.8m housing development.

Set in the vibrant neighbourhood of Bramley near Leeds, Hillside offers 15 new homes for affordable rent and five for outright sale.

Built by Huddersfield-based construction company Termrim Construction Ltd, this development will help to address the shortage of affordable housing in the area by offering local people quality homes that they can afford.

Yorkshire Housing chief executive Mervyn Jones said: “These 20 new homes play a big part in supporting local people to be able to live and work close to the city centre. This contributes to our commitment to build 3,000 more new homes before 2020.”

The new homes were developed in partnership with Leeds City Council, Homes and Communities Agency, Bernard William Associates, Acanthus WSM Architects, and Termrim Construction Ltd.
