Yorkshire Housing’s new hub at The Place, has been shortlisted for two Mixology North awards.
The Mixology Awards recognises the very best projects, products and people in commercial interior design and is a highly coveted event within the industry.
We’re thrilled to have been named finalists alongside Ingo Interiors in both the Project of the Year: Positive Impact and Project of the Year: 5-15k sq. ft categories.
Our new hub opened to colleagues in September and is Yorkshire’s first net-zero office building, using a state-of-the-art heat recovery system to maintain a comfortable working environment.
The design puts colleague wellbeing front and centre by making clever use of natural light, acoustics, furniture, and colours. A multi-functional wellbeing room sits alongside a number of different spaces that make working at The Place a stress-free experience.
