Our Chief Executive, Nick Atkin, is Chair of the York and North Yorkshire Housing Partnership, while Gail Teasdale, Chief Executive of Broadacres Housing Association, is Vice Chair.
The partnership, which published its prospectus in 2023, will work with the region's new Mayor and combined and local authorities to deliver the high quality, low carbon, affordable homes the region needs. The partnership is focusing on three key areas: building the right homes in the right place, the drive to net zero and boosting jobs and the local economy.
A total of 23 housing associations make up the partnership and work together to scale up the delivery of affordable homes across the region.
