The latest customer voice panel survey asked customers what they think about the support services we offer and what they’d like to see in the future.
We’re reviewing the way we operate to become more efficient while still delivering a great service. The feedback we’ve received through this survey will feed into these changes.
We found there was a good awareness of many of our current services and that customers are open to Yorkshire Housing offering support in different ways.
