The homeworks planned delivery team are revelling in their success over the past year and now they have expanded to a second team.
Both teams are continuing to provide an excellent service in producing new kitchens and bathrooms for customers and the team wanted to shout about the good work they are doing.
The second team, which is led by homeworks delivery manager Andy Kelham, are currently working in the Barnsley area on some challenging older properties that require some extensive additional works to bring them up to the Yorkshire Housing standard. Works are also progressing in the Bradford area with the second phase of the Pellon estate beginning on 1 December. Andy said:
“The first year was such a success we decided to push it on. Customer satisfaction is excellent. People are pleased with the standards of work and they like us doing the work rather than a contractor, it is that simple. With contractors you never know who you are going to get. It builds trust among staff as well. We have quite good people who work with us.
“This year my teams have now completed 178 properties to date – 163 bathroom renewals and 15 kitchen renewals. Customer satisfaction stands at 100 per cent from a return rating of 66 per cent. This is great news.”
Speaking of the work the team has done to her home, one happy customer Pat, said:
“They are brilliant. So good and so polite. The work is fantastic. It took them nine days for the kitchen to be done. It was a really old kitchen, it was there for 30 years. They are working on the bathroom now.”
Pat’s sister, who happened to be visiting when we were there, is also having work done to her home. She echoed Pat’s feelings.
“You couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of lads. You can have a laugh with them and everything. My bathroom is competed and I am so happy with it.”
Below are some other comments from happy customers:
“Just like to say, I am more than happy with the work these lads have done and what a pleasant bunch of workers they all are.”
“Top marks to each and every one of them. The tiler is a perfectionist.”
“Many thanks for my new bathroom, I really love it. I would like to say a big thank you to Stuart the decorator. He certainly knows his job.”
Here’s hoping the year ahead has even more success.
