“We’re still be taking calls over the weekend but will only be able to respond emergencies due to our systems being down.
“If you have a repair or another enquiry which is not an emergency please get in touch when our systems are back up and running on 8 May. The phones are likely to be busy so I’d recommend using your online account to contact us if possible. ”
What are emergency repairs?
Emergency repairs are faults that risk immediate injury to people or major damage to property. Examples include:
• escape of gas or fumes
• electrical fittings in contact with water
• live or bare electric wiring
• sewage overflowing into the home
• outside doors that need to be secured
• burst storage tanks, cylinders or pipes
• failure of all lights or all power
• failure of all communal lighting.
What do I do if it’s not an emergency?
We’ll only be able to respond to emergency repairs due to the systems being updated. You’ll be able to pay your rent, log non-emergency repairs, update your details and make other enquiries from 8am on 8 May using your online account or by calling our customer service number.
