Earn points on the customer voice panel


If you join the customer voice panel and take part in surveys and consultations you can now earn points. The points are then converted into Love2Shop vouchers which you can spend at hundreds of high street stores.


What is the new points system for the customer voice panel and why has it been introduced?

The new Customer Voice Panel incentive scheme means that for every consultation you take part in, you earn points. These points will build up and will be exchangeable for Love2Shop vouchers. This incentive scheme replaces prize draws that
we’d sometimes done in the past.

The aim of this scheme is to make rewards fairer – instead of choosing winners at random, those who get involved on a regular basis will earn more points. The more consultations you take part in, the more points you will earn, and the more vouchers you will receive – simple.

Who can earn points?

This scheme is only open to customers who have signed up to the customer voice panel. Any customer over the age of 18 can join the panel and earn points, this includes anyone living in a Yorkshire Housing property whether they are the main tenant or not.

How do I collect the points?

You will need to provide us with your details (name, address, etc.) on the consultation where asked for them to be able to earn points.

How do I know how many points I will earn for each consultation?

The number of points for each consultation will be stated clearly on the consultation. It will vary depending on the length of the survey, and the level of detail required from you. As an example of how this system would work, if we had used the points system in a recent survey that was sent to customer voice panel members about the support services Yorkshire Housing provides, and you had completed all of the questions you could have received three points.

You will not be awarded points if you have sent your answers in late, or if you have not filled out the consultation as required. For example, if you only answer one question out of six, or your answers are unrelated to the question then you will not be awarded points.

What are the points worth?

1 point = £1. The points can only be claimed in Love2Shop vouchers which can be used on over 150 top brands. To find out where Love2Shop vouchers can be used here.

How do I claim my voucher?

When you hit £10 worth of points, these will automatically be cashed in and sent out to you as a £10 Love2Shop voucher. You will not be able to save up the points, however if you have multiple vouchers these can be used together for purchases.


Each voucher has an expiry date of between 12 and 24 months, the exact expiry date can be found on the voucher.

When will I get my voucher?

It will be within Yorkshire Housing’s timescales that vouchers are sent out to you. Please allow up to 30 calendar days for vouchers to arrive with you.

How do I know how many points I have?

To check your points balance, please email your request to or alternatively call 0113 825 6129.

What happens to my points when I leave the panel?

If you leave and you have over 5 points, you will receive a £5 Love2Shop voucher. If you have fewer than 5 points these will be cleared from your account as we are unable to provide vouchers for less than £5.

What do I do if I disagree with your decision not to award points, or with the points balance you have on record for me?

If you disagree with your points total or our decision not to award points, you can contact us at and your case will be passed to the community investment manager for a final decision.
