Our award winning customer service team provide support to over 18,000 customers in areas across Yorkshire, they offer various contact options for customers including online and email equating to 3,000 contacts per month! The customer service administrator is responsible for providing customers with prompt, professional and accurate information to resolve customer enquiries. The team are looking for a professional customer focused administrator to deliver an excellent customer service experience.

Joining our customer service team at our head office in Leeds, you will…

  • Be the first point of contact in providing an excellent service via email, social media, fax and written correspondence
  • Maintain and update databases providing customers with prompt, professional and accurate information
  • Make outbound calls to both customers and partners, including maintenance contractors
  • Contribute ideas and deliver improvements to the quality of the service
  • Act as an ambassador within the business and in all dealings with customers to nurture and promote YH’s values and passion for service excellence

This role is a full time (35 hour per week) 24 month fixed term contract.
