Learn computer basics with a home tutor – Are you a Yorkshire Housing customer and would like to learn more about the basics on using computers in the comfort of your own home?
There are a few places left to receive three home-based, one-to-one sessions from our specialist IT tutors. The sessions are delivered to the level of the learner, starting with the first steps on how to use a computer, onto how to use online services. As a Yorkshire Housing customer you maybe eligible to keep a tablet after completing the course.
James Haigh, Yorkshire Housing’s community investment manager, said:
“This home-based course introduces customers to the basics of using a computer with one of our specialist tutors, so there is plenty of scope to ask questions and gain a good understanding of the basics on using IT and the internet. If you are a Yorkshire Housing customer and would benefit from it get in touch with us.”
We are looking for Yorkshire Housing tenants aged 18+, who live in the areas of Sheffield, Leeds, Bradford, Malton and York.

Change Your Life – A fantastic programme that helps you focus on what you are good at and builds your confidence to sell yourself to new employers or to start a business. Accredited with the IOEE (Institute of Enterprise & Entrepreneurs) running in Halifax. It starts on 21 March, Thursday’s and Friday’s for five weeks, 9.30 to 3pm.
