Meet the team

I’ve been a business development consultant for almost ten years, working with CEOs, senior managers and corporate teams to improve organisations. This includes coaching, tender and bid writing, business analysis, project management and training in business skills, leadership and management. I started my first business in 1987 and have been involved in many since then – I’m a bit of a serial entrepreneur!

Philippa Bonham

Business coach, York, Malton and surrounding areas.

I’ve been a business consultant for more than twenty years assisting clients into self-employment. I have successfully set up and ran a business importing and selling furniture, with two high street shops and on-line platform. I have experience of working with communities in West Africa to develop opportunities in sustainable tourism; and have also worked as a non-executive director coaching and mentoring clients.
