URGENT NEWS FOR CUSTOMERS WHO PAY THEIR RENT ONLINE
We have been advised by Santander that following changes to the BillPay website, to take account of our move to the single brand of Yorkshire Housing, any of our customers who previously registered to make payment of rent to e.g. Ryedale Housing , Yorkshire Metropolitan Housing, Craven Housing or Brunel Housing may find that they are now unable to make payment and will need to re-register themselves on BillPay. When doing so, customers should select "Yorkshire Housing" from the drop down list of companies which will appear.
Also you will need to re-enter your 10 digit tenancy reference number, which can be found on your rent statement. Alternatively please call your local area office for this information.
