Please Note:
- The completion of planned work will be subject to a property survey.
- If your windows/doors/bathroom/heating/kitchen/electrics have been renewed in the last 5 years, they will not be renewed again.
- Not all homes will receive modernisation works.
- Our yearly schedules run from April to April, so "2010" means between April 2010 and April 2011.
