Become a Grounds Monitor

We know our customers like to live in pleasant surroundings that are kept neat and tidy, free from litter and other hazards.

To achieve this, we need the help of our customers to keep track of any communal areas that might not be receiving the necessary attention during our regular visits.

Customers can become a Grounds Monitor, completing a Satisfaction Survey each month and sending it to our Environmental Services Coordinators.

Monitors usually ask people to report any concerns about the state of the shared grounds straight to them, so it's assumed you will let your neighbours know you have become a Grounds Monitor

In turn, our Environmental Services Coordinators will ensure contractors are fulfilling their grounds maintenance duties and providing an acceptable level of service to our customers.

Monitors will recieve regular feedback from Yorkshire Housing about what has been agreed, based on their reports.
