Support Works provides a range of opportunities for people with learning disabilities.
Whether it is housing-based support, training, employment or community inclusion, Support Works provides enthusiastic and imaginative staff and great facilities to help people live life to the full.
We tailor our services to the needs of each customer. Each support worker's role is based on what their customer wants to do, and the service is built around the times and days that suit the person being supported.
We believe that by offering a creative and interactive approach to living and learning we can support people to reach their goals and achieve their dreams. We also signpost people to other local opportunities and our range of partnerships can open doors for those people we support.
In addition, as one of Yorkshire's leading social landlords, we have access to a range of properties for people to live in, from one bedroom flats to shared houses, backed up with expert maintenance teams and adaptation services.

SupportWorks
Support Works has a range of houses and flats for people with learning disabilities and can help people get the most out of their home life too.
As part of Yorkshire Housing, a registered social landlord, Support Works has access to a wide range of properties. Whether they are looking for their own flat or would like to share with a partner or friends, we may have the perfect place.
We also provide practical, enthusiastic Community Support Workers who will support customers to do the things they want. From everyday tasks like looking after the home, cooking meals and arranging appointments, to getting out in the community, going to college and looking for work.
