Ryedale Housing Association provides and manages more than 3,500 homes in these areas of North and East Yorkshire:
Ryedale
City of York
East Yorkshire
Hambleton
Scarborough
The homes are situated in a variety of locations from the beautiful villages and market towns of North and East Yorkshire, the coastal areas of Whitby and Bridlington to modern city apartments in York.
Our staff are based in two area teams at Malton and York and are dedicated to providing services for their area and communities.
We have a range of homes to suit single people, families, older people and those wanting supported housing.
A priority for the association continues to be the refurbishment and modernisation of existing homes and the construction of and purchase of new homes for rent and home ownership.
Key to our success is providing a quality service as well as bricks and mortar. But we also work with other organisations to tackle crime, poverty and under achievement in the communities we serve.
