Development And Regeneration
The Development Team, based in York, provides new properties for the Group across Yorkshire. The team has an annual target of 250-300 new affordable homes per year.
Most of the homes provided are for Affordable Rent and are let by each area office when they are completed. We also produce houses for Shared Ownership and Discounted Sale. These are sold through our Space Property office in Leeds. Visit the

The Yorkshire Housing Development Team seeks design quality and innovation in all its new properties and we have been proud winners of awards for design excellence.
Sustainability
We are also committed to sustainable development principles, both in terms of creating stable communities and in promoting energy efficient developments which have minimal impact on the environment. Examples include our pioneering houses at Horseman Avenue, York and Primrose Hill, Huddersfield.
