Development & Regeneration
The Development Team, based in the York office, provides new properties for Yorkshire Housing across Yorkshire.
In line with the 2009-2012 Corporate Plan the Team will provide 800 new affordable homes by March 2012 in locations where Yorkshire Housing already has a strong presence.

On Completion
Most of the homes we develop are for affordable rent and are let by Yorkshire Housing when they are completed. We also produce homes for Shared Ownership, Discounted Sale and Sub-Market Rent. These are managed through our Space Property office in Leeds.
As a major affordable landlord and developer in Yorkshire we have had a key role in regeneration projects across the region. We are committed to working hand in hand with communities, local authorities and other partners to seek innovative and practical solutions to areas with problems of poor housing, crime and deprivation.
