Development & Regeneration
Who We Work With
Working with Partners
We work closely with our Local Authority partners to provide affordable housing across Yorkshire in conjunction with local needs and strategies. The Local Authority Partners we currently work with are listed below.
Since 2004, Yorkshire Housing has been a development partner with South Yorkshire Housing Association forming In Business for Yorkshire. Our major funding partner is the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), which is governed by the Department for Communities and Local Government. Yorkshire Housing currently expects to build 460 homes with funding from the HCA during our Corporate Plan period 2009-2012. This programme is expected to cost approximately £68 million.
