When considering switching, make sure that you take into acount the following questions:

• Are you eligible for any special offers, incentives or discounts?
• What is the supplier's complaints record?

Savings can also be made simply by changing the way you pay your bill. If you pay your bills by cheque, you could save £50-£60 a year by paying by direct debit. Paying online can save you even more.
