About Yorkshire Housing

Yorkshire Housing provides more than 16,000 affordable homes throughout Yorkshire.
We operate in:

We provide care and support for over 500 people with learning difficulties in Bradford through Support Works, with a combination of homes, day services and job opportunities.
We help vulnerable people stay independently living in their own homes for longer through Home Improvement and Stay Put agencies in a number of local authority areas.
We provide nearly 400 sub-market and market rent homes in the main Yorkshire cities through Space Property, and act as the government's local agency for its HomeBuy products, helping people onto the housing ladder.
We also provide management services to over 900 leaseholders.
We develop around 300 new affordable homes each year and plan to continue doing so.
We are a £70m turnover, charitable business employing over 750 people.

Brunel and Family Housing Association was established by Bradford Council and the charity, Shelter, to offer quality housing for lower income households Brunel manages over 2,700 homes in Bradford.
