Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions

Yorkshire Housing aims to provide excellent customer service. We encourage our customers to let us know what they think of our services. It enables staff to put things right if they go wrong and helps us to improve our service in the future.

Customer Feedback
Yorkshire Housing welcomes feedback from anyone who receives or is affected by any of our services. This can be done in person or by telephone, email, letter or by using the form below.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 1 working day. We will then aim to resolve the complaint within 10 working days. All complaints will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Still dissatisfied?
If the initial response to the complaint does not satisfy the customer, a senior manager will again investigate the complaint. If at this stage the manager cannot resolve the problem, it will be considered by a Complaints Review Panel who will give their decision within five working days of the hearing.
