Jim Taylor (Chair)
Jim is Managing Director of Dossor Group, Consulting Engineers & Surveyors. He has extensive experience of business, financial planning, management, property development and expert investigations.
Jim has been Chair of the Yorkshire Housing Board since October 2010.
Jim is Vice Chair of the Space Property Board and also a member of the Audit & Risk, Resources & New Business and Remuneration & Nominations Committees.

Sean Benbow
Sean is a tenant who formerly worked as a housing officer in Manchester. He has served on a number of Yorkshire Housing’s committees and has good analytical skills.

Doreen Benson
Doreen is retired and has extensive experience of the care sector through work and volunteering. She has business experience gained from running her market garden business.

Lucy Drake
Lucy is a human resources professional with considerable experience in the housing and charity sectors. She has a wide range of strategy and project management skills.
Imelda Havers
Imelda is Managing Director of York-based BlueFish Regeneration Ltd, a company which specialises in developing and delivering regeneration projects across the UK. BlueFish has a strong focus on coastal and rural regeneration.
With over 30 years experience across the private and public sector, Imelda was previously Chief Executive of the York and North Yorkshire Inward Investment Board.
Keith Holloway
Keith is a founding director of Adept People and Performance Ltd, a company that provides consultancy services to housing associations. Formerly a housing association Chief Executive, he has a wide range of skills and experience relavent to the housing sector.
Kathleen Kelly (Co-opted)
Kathleen is a Programme Manager at Joseph Rowntree Foundation in York. As a commissioner and manager of research programmes she has excellent analytical and evaluation skills.
Asif Malek
Asif is a Business Manager for DTZ, an international firm of Property Advisers. He is a professionally qualified accountant with extensive business and financial management experience.
Asif is a member of Resources & New Business Committee and Space Property Board.
Paul Nilsen
Paul is Strategy Manager at Bernica, a housing group based in north east England. He has extensive knowledge of housing sector issues and best practice, having managed a number of specialist teams and a range of strategic projects. He specialises in performance management, service reviews and business improvement.

Nasim Qureshi
Nasim is Senior Regeneration Manager with Bradford Council and has a wealth of housing experience gained through a number of roles working for local authorities and housing associations.
Nasim is a member of the Resources & New Business Committee.
Elia Stojanovic
Elia is a retired HGV driver who has been involved with Yorkshire Housing panels and committees for several years. He has been co-opted to the Board because he is Chair of the Customer Services Committee.
Elia is also a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
