Mr Sweet, who used the old phone number on behalf of a friend said,
“My friend needed some urgent repairs to her heating system but couldn’t afford to call the Repairs Helpdesk as the charges from her phone were just too high.
I rang on her behalf but it got me thinking about all the other people who couldn’t afford to make those calls. I made a complaint to Yorkshire Housing and I’m glad that I did as I think that I helped to highlight the problems.
