As you may be aware, Yorkshire Housing has opened a new head office at Dysons Chambers in Leeds. Consequently the former head office, Yorkshire House, has been sold and will close from 4.30 pm on Thursday 20 September 2012.
The York team, which manages properties across York, Selby, East Riding and part of Ryedale, will therefore be moving to other Yorkshire Housing premises at Osbaldwick, York as from Monday 24 September 2012.
Please note that the Osbaldwick premises are not open to the public, so if you wish to see a member of the York team please contact us and we will arrange to meet you at your home, or another suitable venue.

Yorkshire Housing is in the process of changing the way we provide our services which will entail setting up a telephone based Service Centre at Dysons Chambers, dealing with enquiries at the first point of contact, and allowing the local teams to spend more time out in the neighbourhoods. It is planned to have the Service Centre up and running in the first half of 2013 by which time you will be able to call one number for all enquiries. We will let you know more about this service nearer the time.
