We now have one, low-cost phone number for you to call if you need to report a repair, have a rent enquiry or want to make a rent payment.
The new number is 0345 366 4404. Calls to this number cost the same as making a call to an 01 or 02 number from any phone, including mobile phones. And, calls to this number are included in any free minutes you may have as part of your phone package.
So, you will no longer need two numbers for repairs and rents. Just call one number to speak to our Repairs Helpdesk Advisors and our Income Advisors.
