Yorkshire Housing customers in Pickering went out to cheer on the Olympic torch bearer as it passed by their homes. Customers near Orchard Close waved and cheered as the torch passed by.
The area near the Orchard Close scheme was used by the Olympic Torch Relay organisers as an official rest stop for the sponsor’s floats.
