Continuing the vision and work of the 2009-2012 Corporate Plan and building on its successes, our new Plan describes our aspirations and what Yorkshire Housing will look like for staff and customers in 2015.
Our vision “to be one of the best providers of homes and support” is unchanged. The theme of the Plan is Excellence and Growth; we want all our services to be excellent and we want to grow where we can. The plan brings together our ambitions to improve our services to customers, help more people to meet their housing and care needs, and support more people into work and out of poverty.
Our Values: Respect, Reliability and Enthusiasm also remain unchanged and are at the heart of everything we do.
